Full-time at the Inning am Ammersee location

Equipment Preparation and Setup

Prepare and connect equipment and consumables (e.g., tin balls, nitrogen)
Set up the system, including PC-controlled measuring devices, according to the order
Enter production data or select programs for repeat orders
After production is complete: Clean the stations and empty them

Operation and Monitoring

• Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen inkl. Sicht- und Funktionskontrolle
• Entnahme von Proben zur Qualitätsprüfung (Freigabe durch Gesellschafter)
• Eigenständige Einstellungskorrekturen bei Bedarf
• Störungsbehebung im Rahmen der Routine bzw. Unterstützung der Technik

Quality Assurance

• Visual and measurement inspections in accordance with order specifications
• Documentation of inspection results and performance of failure analyses

Maintenance & Care

• Regular, scheduled cleaning and maintenance
• Ensuring system availability through preventive measures

• Technical knowledge and experience in a production environment
